Micah is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor. He specializes in tax strategy, business structuring, and valuations, helping entrepreneurs and high-income business owners reduce taxes, protect wealth, and build long-term enterprise value.
Over the past decade, Micah has worked with hundreds of business owners – from local entrepreneurs to international clients – providing practical, plain-English advice backed by technical accuracy. His focus is on designing strategies that not only minimize taxes but also strengthen and grow the business itself.
Micah is also the author of several business and tax strategy books, with a focus on making complex tax law understandable and actionable for business owners.
Micah and his wife live in Roanoke, Virginia, with their daughters Fennec and Frankie.
